Furniture Design started in a garage in the early 1990's with a very simple motto:
"Find out what the customer wants, build it right, price it right, and deliver
it on time."
With passion, ingenuity, hard work and this simple motto,
General Furniture Design soon went from a small garage workshop to one of the
leading manufacturers of Entertainment Centers on the West Coast. General Furniture
Design now utilizes the latest technologies in manufacturing, constantly keeping
a fresh eye on style and fashion. As a result, we have achieved a much higher
level of product design, quality, service and expanded distribution. Today we
have one of the most extensive catalogues in Entertainment Centers and Wall Units
in the country, selling throughout North America.
We not only manufacture
here in the US, but we also travel the world to bring you the latest designs and
the best quality furniture, at unbelievably low prices. To facilitate this level
of quality and fast service to which our customers have become accustomed, we
assemble and warehouse all our products in our Southern California plant. Through
this strict control we can truly live up to our motto and make sure that "every
piece of furniture that leaves our factory is built right, priced right and delivered
